Good hands free set.

The main earpiece has a rechargeable battery and all the electronics. The ear piece comes with an ear hook attachment that makes it easy to wear if you have challenges with sticking anything into your ear; and it has a pick up/hang up button and volume control, both are super easy to use. The sound is clear and the microphone on the set works quite well too; and pairing the device up with my phone was easy. There was no user manual with my device but I have a similar one already so I just took the same steps to pair it up. The device pairs with up to two devices at once.

- specs say 66 feet wireless range in open space, that is likely true if the area is very quiet, in noisy setting it range is definitely smaller

What a fun kitchen gadget. Ice mold that makes perfect and big ice balls - and ice mold that makes big beautiful cubes!

Both of these molds are made of food grade silicone which is BPA free.

For the first attempt, I used both for water. Both were super easy to use - I thought the sphere mold would be a little intimidating but it's not!

I love that I can make six ice balls at once, most other trays I have seen only make four. And both the sphere and cube molds are big enough to add a fruit or spice in them. So you can make beautifully looking ice balls or ice cubes very easily.  I have to admit the cube mold is perfect size for freezing pureed baby food so that is how I have been using it lately. It gives my little one a perfect portion :)

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for quite some time. I grew up using down pillows and those are hard to come by and those that I found just never felt the same as my childhood pillows. When I got the opportunity to sleep on a Memory Foam pillow I figured why not give it a try.

Well...I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this pillow. It just feels right. Once you lay your head down on it you never want to get up. It feels like a hug for your head and neck. It's neither too soft nor too hard, it just feels perfect, it gives the right amount of support. Pure luxury!

This pillow absolutely exceeded my expectations. And I love that the company includes a little card of the company history with your pillow thanking you for purchasing the pillow - the thank you note and signature are handwritten! What a great personal touch.

Looking for an over the ear headset? I've been looking for one for a couple of years now and finally found one that I love.

These headphones can be used as wireless AND with a cable (standard AUX, comes with the headphones). The battery lasts about 20 hours when fully charged. Charge is easy via a USB cable (also provided).

The headphones have all the controls on them - volume and on/off buttons on one side, track search/play button on the other side.

There is also a microphone so if you have the headset paired up with your phone via bluetooh or via the aux cable, you can also pick up calls with no issues,

The headset can reduce noise around you quite nicely and is soooo comfortable. The earcups rotate to a flat position which makes it easier to store.

Looking for a cool and functional garden light? Then you should try this one!

The light comes disassembled and is super easy to put together. Basically there is one screw than you need to put in - and you don't need anything for that, it can be done by hand. And then you put it in a "stand" that goes into the ground. The light itself can be adjusted up and down on its arm, not sideways; once you have the ideal position you just tighten the screw you previously put in.

I was nicely surprised by the size of the light; and the solar panel is quite big too, but does not get in the way.

The light itself is pretty bright, white-ish and adjustable strength-wise. One charge lasts several hours.

All in all, five stars out of five. Once I can comment on how does the light perform in Canadian winter, I might update further :)

Finding good and reasonably priced earphones has always been a challenge. Glad I got to try KingYou earphones recently.

They fit into my ears nicely without any extra padding, and they give nice sound - they even provide outside noise cancellation. Can't wait to bring those on a flight with me.

The earphones also have a microphone/call controls and a volume control so you can use them on your cellphone as a hands free set - obviously as long as you are not driving!

If you are looking for a handsfree coupled with a music receiver for your car, this product is worth a shot. It is a fairly small device that acts as a hands free and allows you to pick up calls as long as your phone had a Bluetooth; and it also allows you to stream music from a Bluetooth supported phone or audio device (or tablet for that matter) - but for that you should have a car audio system that has a 3.5mm AUX input jack. 

I can sometimes be slightly technologically challenged so it took me a while to figure out my old old old car does not have an AUX input jack - at the time the car was manufactured not everyone had an iPod or MP3 player....so had to try the device in a friend's car...but that was a minor inconvenience. I will just use it as a hands free for my phone until I get another car at some point in the distant future. 

The set is not overly difficult to set up once you know how to set it up  - took me a little while at first to understand the user manual....and once set up, the sound is actually quite good. The knob controller makes it easy to control volume of calls and/or music. 

The box includes a car charger  with dual USB. The 1A connector is used to supply power for the receiver and the other USB port which supports current output 2.4A is able to charge your other electronics (such as your cellphone) at the same time.   

All in all, I will rate three and a half to four stars - I was a little intimidated by the set up at first. It's not super complicated at the end, but I think the user manual could be dummied down for people like me to make it less scary!

I love taking pics with an actual camera but lately I just found myself always snapping quick shots with my phone. And, with a little one around it's not always convenient to drag a big camera anywhere, while the phone is something that I always take. So having extra lenses for my phone seemed like a fabulous idea. 

This kit contains three lenses - one is fish eye, and the other two while used together are wide angle or if you take top part off, it becomes a macro lens. The lens screws on a clip that goes on the phone. It is super easy to position the clip with the lens on the phone. Each lens also comes with a lens cover. And last but not least, there is a little carrying baggie included for the lenses, that can be used to clean the lens. 

The lenses work really well considering their size. I already had a ton of fun with them (especially the fish eye! haha) and I can't wait to have more! As a side note, I have a Galaxy Note 4 and had no issues making the lens fit. The kit really is quite universal, a couple of friends tried it on other phones (different versions of iPhones and one was HTC) and it was just as easy to use it as it is on my Note 4.

The bank takes a few hours to fully charge. It has four small lights on, each is for 25% of charge, and as the back charges the light changes from flashing to solid.

Vegetable Spiralizer Bundle ~Healthy Spiral Slicer ~ Spiral Cutter including Recipe eBook and Cleaning Brush

If you are looking to make your veggie dishes more fun or nicely looking, a #spiralizer is definitely a great option. 

This particular spiralizer is super easy to use - the blades inside are really sharp and make cutting the veggies easy. You just hold the device in one hand and twist the veggie with your other hand and spirals come out. There is a little cap that helps when the veggie gets short, and the last couple of inches can be just cut up by hand and tossed in the dish. Obviously you need veggies that will fit in the opening of the device, but bigger ones can be just cut to size if needed, so it's really not a concern. 

The box with the spiralizer includes a small brush that comes in handy when it comes to cleaning, though I found it is really not needed that much, most stuck pieces wash out under a stream of water which is great.

Great and reasonably priced kitchen gadget. Five out of five stars for me.
